1. Men are attracted to beauty, but fascinated by intellect.
Humor helps too. At the end of the day, men are people, and people want things in their lives that challenge them and make life interesting and fun. Just think about it.
2. Extremes are destructive.
Starving and overeating will make you look and feel awful. Taking care of your body – exercising and nourishing it – are the best aphrodisiacs available. Health and balance, as cliche as that sounds, is the best way to look and feel sexy.
3. The first date rule of thumb:
If he “bugs” you, disappear. This feeling is also referred to as “the heeby-jeebies” or “the creeps” – it occurs for no rhyme or reason, and is the polar opposite of chemistry. I used to try and deal with it with vodka, but even that wasn’t strong enough.
4. I’m going to explain the most self-explanatory thing in the world:
Some guys want to be with you, some don’t. But, when he likes you, you’ll know. So stop agonizing and go do something so that when that guy comes around you have the time and energy to invest in him. And you aren’t a weird, clingy psycho.
MsMorphosis wisdom: Psycho isn’t sexy.
5. Dating an exes’ friends
In my experience, dating an exes’ friends are a way to spite him and, simultaneously, hold onto a part of your life together. Same thing with keeping him in your phone or Facebook friend’s list. Let go. Make space. It sucks but it’s worth it.
